WiN Ukraine’s Culminating Seminar-Retreat 2023 Empowering Nuclear Women

On December 15, 2023, we concluded a transformative event at the Holiday Inn Kyiv hotel, featuring the “Effective Team” training session for female employees of the State Agency of Ukraine for the Management of the Exclusion Zone. Facilitated by the skilled trainer Pavlo Korobchanskyi, this gathering aimed to enhance team synergy, prevent emotional burnout, and elevate motivation to achieve new milestones.

Pavlo, a proficient practical psychologist and business coach, led engaging exercises that encouraged participants to explore personal development strategies. Discussions touched on honesty, vulnerability, emotionality, and efficiency, fostering an atmosphere of open dialogue.

Participants shared emotions, smiles, and drew practical conclusions. Mariia Verbylo highlighted, “Such trainings empower each female participant to believe in herself, her teams, and foster development.” Gratitude was extended to Margaryta Rayets for supporting the women’s team dedicated to overcoming the aftermath of the Chornobyl disaster.

This event signifies more than a gathering; it’s a collaborative effort shaping resilient and united teams!

WiN Ukraine extends gratitude to the State Agency of Ukraine for Exclusion Zone Management for their openness and collaboration. Together, we are stronger!

Special thanks to Margaryta Rayets, President of WiN Ukraine and founder of the BF “Empowering Radiance,” for making this event possible through her charitable contribution.

For context, WiN Ukraine’s retreat seminars are integral to the 5-year ATOM.WIN program (Awareness, Training, Outreach, Motivation), fostering professional and personal development for nuclear energy and radiation safety professionals.
