On March 29, a vibrant offline gathering of the WiN Ukraine Club took place — a platform for the professional development of women working in the nuclear energy sector. The event brought together experts from across the industry for meaningful conversation, networking, and inspiration.
A highlight of the meeting was the recording of a new episode of the “Talkovyto” video podcast, a signature project of Margaryta Rayets, President of WiN Ukraine. The guest of the episode was a gynecologist-endocrinologist, with whom Margaryta held an open and insightful conversation on the topic:
“The Health of the Nation Begins with Women’s Health”
Key discussion points included:
- Maintaining women’s health in times of war
- The impact of chronic stress on the body
- Hormonal balance, energy, and women’s inner resources
The second part of the event was held in the format of a closed WiN Ukraine Club session, where members discussed plans and ideas for the year ahead. The community also heard the annual activity report of the Club, presented by its curator Liudmyla Kovtun.
