On 4 October 2025, WiN Ukraine held its General Assembly under the leadership of its newly elected President, Alona Zavorotnia. The meeting marked another important milestone in the development of the community of women working in the nuclear sector. During the Assembly, members discussed key organisational matters, including structural changes and the appointment of Vice Presidents who will serve during the upcoming term.
The General Assembly combined its official agenda with the celebration of WiN Ukraine’s fifth anniversary. Over the past five years, our organisation has implemented numerous initiatives and organised a wide range of events that have brought together women professionals from across the nuclear sector, creating a strong foundation for new goals and future opportunities.
Today, we are confidently moving forward with a renewed vision, fresh inspiration, and ambitious plans. WiN Ukraine continues to unite women professionals in the nuclear field, strengthen its network of support, and create new opportunities for professional development and leadership.
Many exciting initiatives and development plans lie ahead. We are committed to expanding our organisation and warmly invite women professionals from across the nuclear sector to join our growing community. Our greatest strength lies in our unity and professionalism.
