WiN Ukraine and SE “Energoatom” have launched a program of activities “Professional Development of Women in Atomic Energy”. This year the seminars-forums will be held at 4 nuclear power plants of Ukraine. The first site was the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant. Next on the plan: Rivne, Zaporizhia and South-Ukrainian nuclear power plants (NPPs).
The program of the seminar-forum consists of appeals from representatives of Energoatom’s management, Khmelnytsky NPP management, trade unions, WiN Ukraine management and the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM), in partnership with which today’s event is held; presentations by leading profile speakers of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), WiN Ukraine directorate and experts, the Atomic Trade Union and KhNPP public relations; speeches of ambassadors and the analytical part.
The main focus of the event is an interactive lecture on the features of leadership in the modern world and the role of women in its development, as well as a practical bright part of the head coach. 54 active female representatives of Khmelnitsky NPP took part in today’s seminar-forum. We wish them fruitful work in the west!
