This time more than 40 employees of the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant became stars. The powerful program of the seminar-forum is aimed at the professional development of women in the nuclear industry of Ukraine and is designed to emphasize the role of women in the development of the phenomenon of “leadership” and identify its features of leadership in the modern world.
Today, for the women of Rivne NPP: words of support from representatives of the Energoatom management, the management of the nuclear power plant, trade unions, representatives of WiN Ukraine and the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority, with the support of which today’s event is held; presentations of leading profile speakers of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), experts of WiN Ukraine, Atomprofspilka; speeches of ambassadors and the
analytical part.
The head coach of the event skillfully works on unlocking the potential of each of the participants. The other day we bring to your attention a full material with emphasis on important issues that were revealed at the seminar-forum, conclusions and forthcoming plans.
