Programme: Support to the foundation of academic network on nuclear security and non-proliferation in Black Sea region

Young scholars from Black Sea Countries’ universities will take part in online seminars dedicated to nuclear non-proliferation, arms control, disarmament and regional security issues. Participants will be also engaged in preparing analytical papers, which will be later published in collection of essays (CCDS Publication). Thomas Jonter (Dr. Professor of Stockholm University) and CCDS staff will lead the seminars. In total 25 participants will take part in the series of online seminars (5 seminars in total). In the light of current political developments in the Black Sea Region, regional academic exchange is vital for promoting cooperation, joint discussions and recommendations regarding the future of the region.
